Added Customs & Sealings
Our customs and security seals applications, at the request of tank owners or their agents, are single-use devices applied to ISO tanks, manlids, hatches, and valves to maintain the integrity of the cargo from points of origin to points of destination. This service serves as a primary barrier against theft, tampering, and contamination of the liquid contents of the ISO tanks.
Key details regarding the security of tank contents:
- The primary purpose for extra seals on ISO-Tanks are they acts as both a deterrent to unauthorized access and a visual indicator of tampering. If our seals are broken, missing, mismatched or replaced it signifies potential tampering or theft of the liquid product within the tanks and contradicts the documentation of Carriage.
- Protecting All Points: At the request of the tank owners or their agents, security seals are affixed to critical areas, including the isotank’s manlids, hatches and valves.
In addition to the Port’s Cargo Integrity documents which monitors the timely movement of all ISO-tanks from the distilleries to the Ports, that consideration be also given to engage armed escort service for high value bulk liquid movement or hauliers provides visual tracking of the movement of these tanks
